Andrew Lloyd Webber Diagnosed With Cancer- The press office of Andrew Lloyd Webber has today announced that the composer has been diagnosed with the early stages of prostate cancer. It is said to be in the early stages and is treatable. Sir Lloyd Webber was admitted to an un-named private hospital on Saturday evening (24th of October 2009) to begin his treatment. ALW's 60th Birthday In The Park REVIEW- I'm just back from the concert and have to say that it wsa amazing. I loved every second of it. Some of the best performances actually came from those who I Was expecting to give the worst! Duncan James' (former boy band Blue member) sang Mr Mistoffelees and was fantastic at it. Idina Menzel sang two songs, the best of these being Don't Cry For Me Argentina. Big news in the form of an announcement by Mr Webber! The final title of Phantom 2. It's been rumoured for a while now, but we can confirm that the title of The Phantom Of The Opera sequal which is to open in London next year is; Phantom- Love Never Dies.
The performance concluded with a chorus of "Happy Birthday" by all involved in the concert and the audience before a massive firework finale closed the show.
Now that we have the title, hopefully more details on Phantom 2 will begin to appear therefore a page will soon be created which will at first contain only the essentials but will expand as more information about the project appears.
